This production can’t go quickly. Both integrally and realistically. If we want this to be done well, we need to take our time to both find the right people, and develop a system that works with their schedule. In my experience I can’t expect anyone to be as dedicated to this project as I am. As such, I have to be ready for people to bail unexpectedly. I venture to say the successful entrepreneurs out there are not those who avoid flaky involvement, but those who know how to deal with it in a respectable and productive way. If I can stay one step ahead of flaky situations, then I can accomplish this.
